The Bill (Reg. No.1419) lifts a zero rate of value added tax imposed on the operations related to the delivery of milk and meat in live weight to the processing enterprises by agricultural producers of all types of ownership. The Bill also abolishes the special tax treatment as regards activity in the fields of agriculture, forestry and fishing.
The Committee resolved to take regulations of the Bill into account whilst drafting the Bill on amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine (re enhancement of development of agricultural sector due to the requirements of the WTO) (Reg. No. 1342) to the Second Reading.
